All our tools are warrantied to the original purchaser for a full five years after the original ship date! If any part other than the finish is damaged under normal use, contact us and we'll be happy to repair or replace your Reyburn tool.
Not happy with your new purchase? We really want you to be happy. It's guaranteed for 30 days. Let us know how we can help you.
A few notes:
Wood is a unique material and WILL vary from photos except where noted. That's part of the fun. It's also worth knowing that we try to make the the photos representative, but we're not actually photography experts. Colors will be different, and they generally don't look as good as in person.
We work hard to ship quickly, but shipping times are NOT guaranteed, especially for custom items.
Reyburn Tools Warranty Statement
Warranty Period: Reyburn Piano Tech, LLC hand tools are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Coverage: During the warranty period, Reyburn Piano Tech, LLC hand tools are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If any such defects arise during normal and proper use of the tool, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the tool or its defective parts.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Modification or alteration of the tool.
- Damage caused by accident, impact, or any external force.
- Damage to the finish of the tool.
- Damage to screw threads.
Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact with proof of purchase us at https://reyburntools.com/pages/contact. We may request that you return the defective tool for inspection and/or repair. Please do not send the tool without prior authorization.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Reyburn Piano Tech shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the hand tool covered by this warranty.
Statutory Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
Reyburn Piano Tech reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty statement at any time. Please check our website or contact customer service for the most up-to-date warranty information.
